Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Definitions

   These terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms") serve to govern your use of the slash commands, text commands, and all prompt-related functionalities ("Service(s)" or "Feature(s)") provided by the Meme Wars Discord app ("Application," "App," "Product," "Meme Wars," or "It"). These Terms are intended to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone and protect the rights and responsibilities of both the providers of the Service ("we," "us," or "our") and its users ("you," "your," or "users").

   All Features can be accessed in channels ("Channels") inside Discord servers ("Servers").

   "Pet(s)" and "Goal(s)" are features inside the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

   By using the Application's Services, you agree to follow the expectations set forth in these Terms and abide by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Failure to do so may result in limited access to the Application's Services (see 3. Restrictions).

3. Restrictions

   We reserve the right to withhold your access to any of the Application's Features indefinitely for any of the following reasons:

   • You are misusing the Application to violate a Server's rules, Discord's Terms of Service, or Discord's Community Guidelines.
   • You are using the Application to send messages that we do not want representing us or the Product, especially with the intention of misleading others.
   • You are using the Application in an unauthorized Server, or are involved in adding It to a Server without our official authorization.
   • We have reason to believe you are under your country's minimum age to use Discord.
   • We previously restricted your access to the Application's Services on a different Discord account.
